Soil Fertility Recommendations

We create custom recommendations for each field based on the soil test data.  Most fields will receive a variable rate recommendation for each nutrient, including lime for pH correction.  We take economics into account, as well as years of experience in soil fertility management.

We have the ability to create as-applied maps from almost any monitor on the market.  Planter maps, sprayer maps, and yield maps are the most common.  A number of our growers have moved to receiving their maps in a digital format, but we can produce books as well.  At AgronomyRx, we have experience working with numerous data platforms including FieldAlytics, SMS, JD Op Center, Climate FieldView, and Encirca.

A number of our growers have seen benefits from variable rate planting.  We look at each field individually and determine which map layer or group of map layers best represents that field to create variable rate seeding populations off of.  Then we work with your seed supplier to determine the optimal populations for each hybrid in each zone.
